1. My customers are not
on the Internet. The estimated
number of world Internet users is well over 418 million, which includes over
1,000,000 (one million) users in South Africa. Are you SURE none of these
people are your customers?
2. The Internet is a
passing fad... it won't last. The number of
people who use the Internet to purchase products or services directly online
has accelerated monthly and current forecasts predict exponential growth over
the next decade. The luxury of shopping at home is catching on!
3. I can't compete with
the Big Guys. Even the most narrowly
defined business is represented in large numbers on the Internet. Only on the
Internet can you viably compete with larger companies. A professional, custom
web site can be relatively low cost, compared to the amount you would pay for
the same kind of exposure using traditional advertising. E-mail us at
info@digitaldomainz.com for a free
estimate.
4. I don't own a
computer. You can purchase web
space and have a fully functional web site working for you, regardless of
whether you own a computer or not. Did you know your e-mail messages could be
sent to your fax machine?
5. My customers are
local... not "world wide". Not being interested in
global markets is certainly valid. But are you interested in those people on
the Internet in your own community? Internet users are everywhere, even in your
neighbourhood!
6. I don't know how to
use the Internet. You do not have to be
an expert or have any hands on experience in order to take advantage of the
Internet. We have spent thousands of hours studying the Internet, proper web
designs and the search engines so you don't have to. Sit back and let us do the
work!
7. There are so many web
sites out there; no one will ever find mine!
A web site is similar
to a storefront. You would not set up shop and never tell anyone you are there!
There are MANY ways to successfully advertise your web site... search engines,
directories, reciprocal links and traditional advertising are just a few ideas.
