Did you create more than one account?

Many times, clients forget their account username and or password and to simplify the matter, they create a new account when registering for new services. This causes the problem of having to sign into different accounts in order to manage any of the services held with digitaldomainz.com/digitalHOST.co.za. Refer to the Figure below to help aid understanding:

Example: This owner has two accounts. He registered three domain names under Account 1. He then needed to register his fourth domain name with us, but forgot his username and password. So instead, he creates a new account and registers the domain name. When he logs in to Account 1, mydomain4.co.za will not reflect as he created and registered the domain name using Account 2.

To eliminate this problem, you will need to contact digitalHOST and reference the username and password you remember, along with the domain names that do not appear under this account.

Once we have verified the validity of the request, all services previously split, will be merged into the primary account that you had specified.
