Fig-1 illustrates the operating structures of FaxToEmail and the associated components in the process. The current operating infrastructure consists of two dedicated processing servers, these perform the processing of the fax transmission from one format to another from Analog fax to digital mail and from digital mail to analog fax/Digital Fax.
Allocated 0866 XXX number is processed to a server who processes the fax transmission to e-mail and send the transmission to an allocated IP/Domain name through the Internet, using existing ISP connections and vice versa in respect of e-mail transmissions that are processes to fax numbers.
The solutions has an allocated numbers is based on secured Telkom numbers for use by individuals which re allocated to users and business with a need to receive faxes via e-mail.
As displayed above the solutions enables users to receive faxes without the expense and maintenance required by traditional paper based fax systems or servers. As well as uses the current Internet connectivity

As displayed in Fig -2 there is no additional software or hardware required by the customer. The user simply gives their assigned 0866XXX number as their fax number. Faxes sent to that number are received by the FaxToEmail Fax servers and are then e-mailed to the user's inbox. Outbound faxes can be sent via their existing e-mail system.
